The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Metal-Tipped Pre-Cleaners are designed for heavy-duty belt cleaning applications with belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum speed of 900 FPM. Featuring a durable MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip that lasts three times longer than conventional blades, these cleaners fit the QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1 PD Mainframe. Choose between the TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for maintaining optimal cleaning pressure. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
