The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty solution designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and max belt speeds up to 900 FPM. With a durable MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a long-lasting tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner offers superior performance. It fits securely on the QC™ #1 HD or PD Mainframes, with a choice of TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure. Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners, this pre-cleaner is built to withstand temperatures up to 180°F intermittently.
