Featuring a corrosion-resistant TC-tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with tungsten carbide, this pre-cleaner offers superior longevity, lasting three times longer than traditional urethane blades. It is compatible with QC™ #1; HD Mainframes and equipped with a Stainless Steel MARTIN® Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure. With a maximum belt speed of 900 fpm and a service temperature range of 160ºF continuous to 180ºF intermittent, this pre-cleaner ensures efficient belt maintenance.
