The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped belt cleaner designed for durability and optimal performance in various industrial applications. Featuring the unique MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip lasting three times longer than traditional urethane blades, this pre-cleaner fits seamlessly onto the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or QC™ #1; PD Mainframe. With TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner options for maintaining ideal cleaning pressure while reducing the need for constant adjustments, it ensures efficient conveyor belt cleaning. Please note that this pre-cleaner is not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
