The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner offers unparalleled durability and performance for a variety of belt conveyor applications. Featuring a sturdy MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip lasting three times longer than traditional urethane blades, it fits seamlessly onto the QC™ #1; HD or PD Mainframe. Available with a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure. With dimensions perfect for belt widths ranging from 2000 to 2200 mm and a max belt speed of 900 fpm, this pre-cleaner ensures efficient belt cleaning while reducing maintenance needs. Please note it's not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
