The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped solution designed to deliver exceptional durability and performance for a variety of conveyor applications. Featuring a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with tungsten carbide tip, this pre-cleaner lasts three times longer than conventional blades. With options for TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, it ensures consistent cleaning pressure while reducing the need for frequent adjustments. Note: Not compatible with belts using mechanical fasteners. Ideal for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, this pre-cleaner is a reliable choice for maintaining conveyor efficiency and cleanliness.
