The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped solution designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a corrosion-resistant TC-tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane, this pre-cleaner offers exceptional durability, lasting 3 times longer than standard urethane blades. It can handle belt speeds up to 900 FPM and service temperatures up to 160°F continuously and 180°F intermittently. The MARTIN® TWIST™ Tensioner ensures proper cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Ideal for various applications, this pre-cleaner meets stringent performance demands while reducing maintenance costs.
