The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner is designed for heavy-duty applications on belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". Featuring a durable MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, this pre-cleaner delivers exceptional performance lasting three times longer than standard blades. It can be mounted on the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe, and comes with a choice of TWIST™ or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure adjustment. Note: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
