The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner is designed for heavy-duty belt cleaning applications with a blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane and tungsten carbide tip. Its durable construction ensures long-lasting performance at temperatures up to 180ºF intermittent, suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and speeds up to 900 FPM. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure, reducing maintenance needs. Not compatible with belts using mechanical fasteners.
