The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty metal-tipped primary cleaner designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM and a service temperature range of 160°F continuous to 180°F intermittent, this cleaner ensures exceptional durability and performance. The MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip offers three times the longevity of conventional blades. Available with a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, it maintains optimal cleaning pressure, reducing the need for frequent adjustments. Note: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
