The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner is a heavy-duty solution designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96", with a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM. Its MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip ensures exceptional durability, outlasting conventional blades by three times. This pre-cleaner, suitable for temperatures up to 180°F, fits both the QC™ #1 HD and PD Mainframes. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure. Please note it is not advised for use on belts with mechanical fasteners.
