The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaner/Primary Cleaner ensures maximum durability and optimal performance for industrial conveyor systems. Featuring a robust blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, this cleaner lasts three times longer than traditional urethane blades. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, it can withstand temperatures of up to 160°F continuously and 180°F intermittently. Whether on the HD Mainframe or PD Mainframe, choose between the TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure without frequent adjustments. This cleaner meets stringent industry standards and is ideal for heavy-duty applications.
