Featuring a corrosion-resistant TC-tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with tungsten carbide, this cleaner ensures longevity, outlasting traditional blades by threefold. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96", and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, it offers continuous service up to 160°F and intermittent service up to 180°F. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or a MARTIN® Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure and minimal adjustments. Please note: not compatible with belts featuring mechanical fasteners.
