The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre Cleaners are heavy-duty metal tipped primary cleaners designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a maximum service temperature of 160°F continuous and 180°F intermittent, these cleaners offer exceptional durability and performance. The MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with tungsten carbide tip ensures 3 times longer lifespan compared to conventional blades. Available with TWIST™ or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure, these cleaners are compatible with QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or QC™ #1 PD Mainframe. Note: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
