The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaners are engineered for durability and high performance in a variety of applications. Featuring a sturdy MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip that lasts three times longer than standard blades, these pre-cleaners fit seamlessly onto the QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1 PD Mainframe. Available with a MARTIN® TWIST™ Tensioner, they provide optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Ideal for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, these pre-cleaners deliver efficient primary cleaning while ensuring belt longevity. *Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
