The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners are heavy-duty metal-tipped primary cleaners designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane featuring a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners offer exceptional durability lasting 3 times longer than traditional blades. The cleaners can be fitted on either the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe. Available with a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner, they provide consistent cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Please note: not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.

Replace the mainframe if it is bent.My Pre-Cleaner is wearing more in the center of the blade.The blade is too wide for this application. Replace with a shorter length blade.
