The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaners deliver exceptional durability and performance for a variety of conveyor applications. Featuring a sturdy blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip that lasts 3 times longer than standard blades, these pre-cleaners offer superior cleaning efficiency. Available with a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure, these pre-cleaners are designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and can handle a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM. Please note, these cleaners are not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
