The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners deliver exceptional durability and performance suitable for a wide range of conveyor applications. Featuring a corrosion-resistant TC-tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip lasting three times longer than conventional blades, these pre-cleaners can be fitted on both QC™ #1; HD and PD Mainframes. With options for TWIST™ or Spring Tensioners ensuring optimal cleaning pressure, these pre-cleaners are designed for belt widths of 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM. NB: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
