The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaners are heavy-duty metal-tipped primary cleaners designed for belt widths of 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM. With a durable MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade featuring a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners offer exceptional longevity, lasting 3 times longer than conventional blades. The TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner ensures proper cleaning pressure and minimal adjustments. Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
