The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaners are designed for heavy-duty applications, offering exceptional durability and performance. Featuring a tungsten carbide-tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane, these cleaners outlast conventional options by three times. Ideal for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and belt speeds up to 900 FPM, these pre-cleaners fit seamlessly on QC™ #1 HD and PD Mainframes. Choose between the TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure. Please note, these cleaners are not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.

Replace the mainframe if it is bent.My Pre-Cleaner is wearing more in the center of the blade.The blade is too wide for this application. Replace with a shorter length blade.
