The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaners are designed for heavy-duty applications, offering exceptional durability and performance. With a corrosion-resistant TC-tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane, these pre-cleaners last 3 times longer than conventional blades. Suitable for belt widths from 18" to 96" and a max belt speed of 900 FPM, these pre-cleaners feature a TWIST™ Tensioner or MARTIN® Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure. Note: Not compatible with belts using mechanical fasteners.
