The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaners deliver unparalleled durability and performance for various belt conveyor applications. Featuring a corrosion-resistant TC-tipped blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, this pre-cleaner outlasts conventional urethane blades by three times. Designed for belt widths of 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM, this cleaner ensures optimal cleaning efficiency. The stainless steel mainframe, spring tensioner, and compatibility with TWIST™ Tensioner make maintenance hassle-free. Note: Not compatible with belts featuring mechanical fasteners.
