The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners are engineered for heavy-duty applications, featuring a durable MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip for extended lifespan. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, these pre-cleaners offer superior performance and minimal maintenance. Choose from a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure. Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
