The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners are heavy-duty metal-tipped belt cleaners designed for durability and high performance in various applications. Featuring a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners outlast conventional blades by three times. Available with a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure. Not for use on belts with mechanical fasteners. With dimensions suitable for belt widths of 18" to 96" and a max service temp of 160°F continuous; 180°F intermittent, these cleaners are adaptable and reliable for demanding conveyor systems.
