The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners are heavy-duty metal-tipped primary cleaners designed to offer exceptional durability and performance. Featuring the MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip lasting 3 times longer than standard urethane blades, these cleaners are compatible with a range of belt widths (18" to 96") and are ideal for applications with a max belt speed of 900 FPM and service temperatures up to 180°F. Choose between the TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments. Please note that these cleaners are not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
