The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners are designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and can withstand a max belt speed of 900 FPM, offering exceptional performance in various applications. Featuring a blade crafted from MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip lasting 3 times longer than traditional urethane blades, this Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped cleaner fits seamlessly on the QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1 PD Mainframe. Whether equipped with a TWIST™ Tensioner or a Spring Tensioner, the cleaner ensures optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Note: Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
