The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners are engineered for exceptional durability and performance, suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. Featuring a robust blade crafted from MAXIMIZER™ Urethane with a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners outlast conventional options by threefold. Designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and max speeds of 900 FPM, these cleaners can withstand continuous temperatures up to 160°F and intermittent temperatures up to 180°F. Choose between a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Note: Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
