The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners are engineered to deliver exceptional durability and performance across diverse applications. Featuring a robust MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a long-lasting tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners offer extended operational life up to 3 times longer than traditional options. Designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and max belt speeds of 900 FPM, these cleaners come with a choice of TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure maintenance with minimal adjustments required. Please note this cleaner is not suitable for use with belts containing mechanical fasteners.
