The MARTIN® QC™ #1 HD MT Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners are designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 900 FPM. With a durable blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane and a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners offer exceptional longevity, lasting 3 times longer than traditional urethane blades. Whether mounted on a QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or a QC™ #1 PD Mainframe, these cleaners provide optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Note that these cleaners are not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
