The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT (Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped) Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners offer exceptional durability and performance for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". Featuring the MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners last 3 times longer than conventional blades. Suitable for service temperatures up to 160°F continuous and 180°F intermittent, they come with a TWIST™ Tensioner or MARTIN® Spring Tensioner for optimal pressure maintenance. Not recommended for belts with mechanical fasteners.
