The MARTIN® QC™ #1; HD MT Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners are designed for heavy-duty applications, offering unmatched durability and performance. Featuring a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip, these cleaners outlast conventional ones by three times. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and operating at speeds up to 900 FPM, they come with a choice of TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for optimal cleaning pressure. Not for use on belts with mechanical fasteners.
