The MARTIN® QC™ #1; Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped Pre-Cleaners are engineered for exceptional durability and performance in various conveyor applications. Featuring a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip that outlasts standard blades by threefold, these pre-cleaners fit seamlessly on the QC™ #1; HD Mainframe or the QC™ #1; PD Mainframe. With options of a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, precise cleaning pressure is maintained while reducing the need for frequent adjustments. Ideal for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and with a max speed of 900 FPM, these cleaners ensure efficient and reliable operation. NB: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
