The MARTIN® QC™ #1 Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped Pre-Cleaners are designed to deliver maximum durability and performance for a wide range of conveyor belt cleaning applications. With a sturdy blade made of MAXIMIZER™ Urethane featuring a long-lasting tungsten carbide tip, these pre-cleaners outlast conventional blades. Available in blade widths suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96", these cleaners ensure efficient cleaning while reducing maintenance needs. The option of TWIST™ or Spring Tensioner helps maintain optimal cleaning pressure. Please note that these pre-cleaners are not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
