The MARTIN® QC™ #1 Heavy-Duty Metal Tipped Pre-Cleaners are designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and offer exceptional durability and performance. Featuring a MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip that outlasts standard urethane blades, these pre-cleaners fit both the QC™ #1 HD and QC™ #1 PD Mainframes. Equipped with a TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner, these cleaners maintain optimal cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments required. Not suitable for use on belts with mechanical fasteners.
