The MARTIN® QC™ #1 Heavy-Duty MT Pre-Cleaners/Primary Cleaners are engineered for superior performance and durability in a wide range of conveyor applications. Featuring a robust MAXIMIZER™ Urethane blade with a tungsten carbide tip lasting 3 times longer than conventional blades, these cleaners fit seamlessly on the QC™ #1 HD Mainframe or PD Mainframe. Choose between TWIST™ Tensioner or Spring Tensioner for consistent cleaning pressure with minimal adjustments. Note: Not suitable for belts with mechanical fasteners.
