The MARTIN® QC™ #2 Secondary Cleaner is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a maximum belt speed of 1000 FPM. With a unique teardrop-shaped blade profile and dual linear Spring Tensioners, this secondary cleaner delivers exceptional cleaning performance while being cost-effective. It features one-pin blade replacement, individual 3" wide blades that conform to the belt profile, and blade tips in tungsten carbide, stainless steel, or ceramic. The system includes two #2 Spring Tensioners for efficient tensioning.

To protect belt edges, first blade on each end of cleaner assembly does not have tungsten carbide tip.ApplicationMartin Engineering recommends that the MARTIN® QC™ #2; Secondary Belt Cleaning System be installed so the cleaning blade contacts the belt at a point 2 to 4 inches (51 to 102 mm) after the point where the belt leaves the head (discharge) pulley.
