The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to remove carryback without causing damage to belt, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, it is suitable for use on any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3' wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and enhancing blade longevity. With a compact clamp-mount design for versatile installation and a simple, no-tool blade replacement feature, the SAF2™ Cleaner ensures efficient and hassle-free operation. Available with options for paint or 316 SS mainframe and a range of blade types including Tungsten Carbide and Urethane.
