The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures effective cleaning for all types of conveyors, including challenging 'worst-case' belts. With 3' wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, this cleaner reduces the risk of belt damage while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement simplifies maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, this cleaner features a simple-to-adjust lock pin to maintain optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
