The Martin® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and blade replacement is effortless with a simple, no-tool design. Available with paint or 316 SS tensioner options, maintaining blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning efficiency is easy with the SAF2™.
