The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. Featuring 3' wide urethane blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Equipped with a 316 stainless steel tensioner, it maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency. Ideal for belt widths ranging from 18' to 96' and with a max belt speed of 800 FPM, the MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaner is a reliable solution for reducing conveyor clean-up costs.
