The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including challenging 'worst-case' belts. With 3' wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, ultimately extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers versatile installation options, while the simple blade replacement mechanism ensures easy maintenance. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, this cleaner maintains optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
