The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Belt Cleaners are designed for conveyor systems with belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and max belt speeds of 800 FPM. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design and no-tool blade replacement make installation and maintenance easy. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency.
