The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. Its 3-inch wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the no-tool blade replacement feature simplifies maintenance. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency even as the blades wear down.
