The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback from belts ranging from 18" to 96" in width, at a maximum speed of 800 FPM. Featuring a unique low-pressure "deflected blade" design with Tungsten Carbide blades, this secondary cleaner ensures thorough cleaning without damaging the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, while blade lifespan is extended. The clamp-mount design offers versatile installation options, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement system enhances maintenance efficiency. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, equipped with a lock pin for easy adjustment, this cleaner maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning performance.
