The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner delivers efficient carryback removal without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is suitable for all conveyor types, including tough 'worst-case' belts. With 3'' wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized while blade lifespan is prolonged. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
