The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner System is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this system is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3' wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized while increasing blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement makes maintenance hassle-free. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the system ensures optimal cleaning efficiency at all times.
