The Martin® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is a high-performance belt conveyor cleaning system designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. Its 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. With a compact clamp-mount design and simple no-tool blade replacement, installation and maintenance are hassle-free. The SAF2™ comes with options for either hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, ensuring optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
