The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is a top-of-the-line conveyor belt cleaning system designed to effectively remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, even 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, it minimizes the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Equipped with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, it maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for efficient cleaning, regardless of blade wear.
