The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner offers a robust belt cleaning solution for conveyor systems, suitable for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96". With a unique low-pressure deflected blade design, this cleaner efficiently removes carryback without damaging belts or splices. The 3" wide blades reduce tensioning pressure, minimizing belt wear and extending blade life. Its compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, complemented by easy no-tool blade replacement. Equipped with a 316 SS Tensioner and optional Dust-Tight Steel Cover Door, this cleaner ensures optimal cleaning efficiency at belt speeds up to 800 FPM.
