The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or the cleaning edge. Its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures effective cleaning for any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3' wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, this cleaner minimizes the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design and no-tool blade replacement make installation and maintenance hassle-free, while the blade-to-belt pressure is easily maintained with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner. Suitable for belt widths ranging from 18' to 96' and a maximum belt speed of 800 FPM.
